The apartment is on the second floor of a historic palazzo on Via Monterone, just steps from the Cathedral, the Rocca Albornoziana and the city's main monuments. A privileged location, in the quiet of cobbled streets, far from mass tourism.
The spaces are generous and elegantly furnished: period pieces, fine fabrics and attention to detail in every room. Two comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious and welcoming living room with fireplace and stereo system, perfect for an evening of music and relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who love exploring local flavours. The bathroom has both bath and shower. A spiral staircase leads to a library-sitting room, an ideal corner for reading or simply unwinding.
The crown jewel is the panoramic terrace: a breathtaking view of the Rocca Albornoziana, San Pietro and Monteluco, private and peaceful, the perfect spot for sunset drinks or breakfast with a view.
Spoleto will surprise you: a city of art and culture, home to the celebrated Festival dei Due Mondi, surrounded by nature, villages and authentic flavours. From here you can explore all of Umbria. Assisi, Perugia, Norcia and the spectacular Cascate delle Marmore are all within an hour.
