A family home beats a hotel every time
The farmhouse belonged to Nonna Elena, who raised three children and a vegetable garden that never stopped growing here. We've restored it stone by stone, keeping what matters: the original floors, the wood-fired oven, the quiet of the evening. Five rooms, twelve guests maximum: no more than that, because we like to remember the names of the people we welcome.

Questions we get asked a lot
What time can I arrive?
From 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. If you're arriving later, just let us know: we'll leave the key in the box and explain everything by message.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, for everyone and every day of your stay. If you have any intolerances, mention it when you book: since we make everything here, we can change almost anything.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, no extra charge. We just ask that it doesn't get on the beds and isn't left alone in the room.
How do I pay?
You can pay online when you book, or leave a deposit and settle up when you arrive. We accept cards and cash.
The farmhouse
What to do around the property
Cingoli is called the balcony of the Marche, and you'll understand why in three minutes: from the main square, on clear days, you can see all the way to the sea. It's twenty minutes by car, with a Saturday morning market that's worth waking up early for.
For hiking: Castreccioni lake can be walked or cycled around, and there are trails starting right from the farmhouse gate. We lend out bikes—we have six.
For eating: three trattorias within ten kilometers where the food tastes like home cooking. We'll mark them on the guide we send you before arrival, including their closing days, which matter around here.
